Hi Janice,

I came across a subscription form for Reader's Digest magazine! I know that you love to read magazines. Therefore, I will like to recommend it to you.

The subscription fee for 12 issues is S$114 but with the saving coupon, you can save up to S$19. If you are interested, I will forward the form to you. All you need to do is to fill in your name, address, e-mail address and contact number. You also have to state your payment modes: cheque or credit card. If it is payment by cheque, remember to cross it for S$95 and made out to 'Reader's Digest'. However, if the payment is by credit card, remember to indicate the type of card used, card number and expiry date. Don't forget your signature.
